C• S•Arts is a really cool way to support local artists! Each season there's 50 shares available to buy. The share you buy goes towards local artists selected by C• S•Arts to produce works for their Art boxes. You end up receiving 9 different works of art over the course of the season. Three boxes, three artworks per box. The idea came from the actual farm share CSA boxes. Not only is it a great way to acquire unique and local art, it's a great way for artists to get their name out to people they might not otherwise come into contact with. That's without even mentioning the awesome parties you get to go to for your box pickup! These photos are from the first box pickup party of season one! I loved all the art everyone got, and am seriously looking into buying a share for myself in season 2!
