Rent Pederzani Studios

I love my studio and the atmosphere it’s given me to connect and create with clients. That being said, I’m finally ready to share the space with a few photographers hourly this spring and summer. This is not be an ‘open to the public’ type rental, as I’ll still need to vet photographers to make sure they’re a good fit for my beloved space.

Included in the hourly studio rental:

• The front and middle sections of my studio as pictured, with lots of space to create your own sets if wanted

• White and black 9 foot seamless paper, and a selection of 4 foot colored seamless paper

• Large bathroom with ample changing space

• 2 battery operated constant lights with Bowens mounts that you can attach your favorite modifier to

• 70 degree heated and cooled space

• Store front space with ample free street parking in front and a free public parking lot behind the building

• Well lit hair and makeup station

• Faux ivy wall and fuax flower wall

• Lots of natural light options including large south facing 15 foot window, and two factory style windows facing east

• Up to 30 folding chairs, one five foot round table, one 6 foot folding table and two eight foot tables that could be set up for seminars, classes or other group events

• A variety of high quality backdrops that will be rotated out throughout the year

• Apple HomePod equipped with Apple Music

Renters should be:

• Photographer, event planners, hair and makeup artist or content creator

• Respectful of my happy little space and will leave it as they found it

• Have their own business insurance coverage and be able to provide proof of it
