I moved to Cincinnati from my hometown of Washington D.C. in 2008. Originally I just wanted a change of scenery and had no intention of staying long term, but am I ever glad I did! Not only did I meet my partner Brian here, but I've loved being part of this amazing city and watching's it's renaissance over recent years. I'm a proud mt. healthy business owner (that’s the fun neighborhood our huge studio is located in), and feel so blessed at the amazing community I get to be a part of. I value the relationship with my family and friends above all, am a huge nerd, and always up for a challenge (like taking on learning and playing ice hockey at the age of 30). I’m super easy to get a long with and am always up for conversation with people from all walks of life!

I want to thank all the local organizations in Cincinnati I've had the pleasure of working with recently. The Cincinnati Ballet, The Aranoff Center, Process Plus Engineering and Architecture, ArtWorks Cincinnati, The Kennedy Heights Art Center, Cincinnati Job Corps, Jungle Jim's, Cincinnati Civic Gardens, Ford UAW, Cooper Tire, Swappy Seconds, and C-S-Arts Cincinnati just to name a few. I love working with our business and arts communities and find that's where I've thrived.

In 2014 I founded Roar Boudoir, a boudoir photography company focusing on body positivity. Roar has done nothing but thrive since opening. I believe that being able to see the beauty in every person, our attention to detail, and our client connection has really made us shine as the premier boudoir photography studio in the Cincinnati Area.
